Who Would It Upset When You’re At Peace and Love Yourself?
By ARMHouse
Loving yourself isn’t about affirmations until you find peace. It’s about practicing loving yourself and witnessing what comes to the surface— and simply seeing what has been in the way. Look in the mirror, into your eyes and say, “Wow, I love you. I care about you.” And choose to witness what arrives as information– not identity.
One of the most profound yet simple things you can ask yourself is, “Who would be upset if I were at peace? Who would it upset if I love myself? Who would it upset if I followed my dreams— my heart— and truly lived the life I see for myself? Who would it upset?” And that’s the only answer you’ll need to know to live a life that’s yours.
